Session 1: This session will be approx 1-1.5 hrs and will include a 45 minute discussion with Laurie about your specific concern. Together with Laurie, a healing plan will be created for all upcoming healing sessions. You will receive suggested affirmations to incorporate into your daily routine, which will assist with release of limiting beliefs. You will receive a 45 min remote Reiki energy healing session. Plan to sit or lie down in a quiet place and enjoy! After the session, Laurie will share via ext/email, any messages that were shared with her from the angels. Session 2: This session is approx 1-1.5 hrs and will occur 18-21 days after the first session. In this session, Laurie will lead you through a 20-minute guided meditation. In addition, Laurie will show you how heart-felt feelings of gratitude will assist with lifting your frequency. Your new frequency will be felt by the universe. Gifts of the same frequency will flow to you! Lastly, you will receive a 30-45 minute Angel-Guided, Energy Healing session. Plan to sit or lie down in a quiet place and enjoy! After the session, Laurie will share via text/email, any messages she received from the angels. Session 3: This session is approx 1-1.25 hrs and will occur 18-21 days after the first session. Prior to the session, Laurie will tap into your energy field and release trapped emotions and blocks related to your topic of concern. She will then meet with you via zoom to provide a recap of your many releases. Laurie will demonstrate how she speaks to her heart and angels in order to receive love, personal messages, and assistance during her healing journey. Yes, you can do this too! Session 4: This session is approx 1-1.25 hrs and will occur approx 18-21 days after the last session. Together with Laurie, you will review all previous sessions, areas of concern, Q/A, and discuss your next steps for moving forward in love, peace, and joy. Laurie will provide guidance on how to allow "flow" become part of your daily life. She will help you understand what it feels like to surrender to the Divine. This final session will include a 45 min Reiki energy healing session. Plan to find a quiet place to sit or lie down and enjoy! After the session, Laurie will share via text/email, any messages she receives from the angels.
